My Dear:
The whole planning sounds perfect to me! Just a couple of thoughts:
- Until what time can you pick me up at the Airport on Monday 24th? I don't know how long the flight takes from NYC to Atlanta... should I take the flight from NY at 4 pm at the worst?
- If I stay in downtown for three nights, are we both going to stay there ?

I'm plannig to fly back to Chile on Monday 31st. However - if that doesn't suit you - I can fly back on Sunday night. Just let me know.
As for your mother, I'll be more than happy to meet her, and perhaps I could even help you out with her if you want me to.
